PPAI conducted a survey of nearly 500 people on product media ratings in 2023.

Interestingly for employers, this research shows that employees - after receiving a promotional product - not only feel more part of the team (52%), but also feel more appreciated by their employer (62%). 

There is also good news for product media as a marketing tool: 75% of respondents say they are more likely to buy from a company whose product they have had the pleasure of receiving. And a whopping 83% indicate that such a product increases loyalty to the company or brand. 

If someone receives a product from a company unknown to them, 72% indicates they will look up more information on the Internet or through Social Media. And upon repeated use of a useful product, 73% considers the likelihood of a future purchase from that company to be high. 

Is a complaint with a company handled satisfactorily and then the respondent receives a useful promotional product? Then 81% thinks extremely positively of the company or brand!
